Tim Alvarado, RICP®

Tim was born in Columbia, MO on April 2nd 1971, and raised in Blue Springs, MO. After a successful high school career as student and athlete, Tim received a full athletic scholarship to the University of Missouri-Columbia for football. He was a four year starter under Andy Reid (Kansas City Chiefs Head Football Coach). Tim graduated with a Business Management degree, and immediately opened several businesses throughout the years. In the beginning of 2008, Tim started his financial service's career with Mass Mutual.

Now, Tim is with Summit Pointe Financial Group, where his vision for a financial resources practice now exists. His background emphasizes work in the areas of Executive Benefits Services, Tax Qualified Plans, Group Benefits, and Creative and Protection Strategies for both businesses and families.

Tim devotes his free time to his wife, Christina, and his two children (Angela and Grayson).   Tim also gives time and resources to several different charities, is active with his alumni and collegiate associations, local chambers, and business organizations.
